Product Guarantee up to 10 years

With proper maintenance and use, Ocean Garden Furniture is confident that their furniture will provide you with many years of trouble free enjoyment. We offer product guarantees in excess of statutory requirements up to a maximum of 10 years. Your garden furniture comes with a limited guarantee against faulty materials or defective workmanship.

Teak Garden Furniture:

10 year guarantee for residential or commercial settings

Stainless Steel Garden Furniture:

10 year guarantee for residential or commercial settings

Woven Garden Furniture:

3 year guarantee for residential or commercial settings. Includes Viro® and Rehau® weave products

Batyline® Sling:

3 year guarantee for residential or commercial settings

Other Products:

1 year guarantee cover all other products not covered by our limited extended warranties

Guarantee Conditions:

The guarantee is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in the furniture material or workmanship only. If a defect is found we will at our discretion repair, replace or refinish the defective item. This guarantee covers UK Mainland customers only. If a product should fail the customer must return the item to the store of purchase and provide a proof of purchase. The transportation costs of products to be repaired or exchanged are valid for the first year only, thereafter these costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear such as dents, scratches or normal deterioration caused by regular use. The guarantee does not cover defects or damage caused by modifications, intentional damage, negligence or misuse, damage caused as direct result of weather related issues, incorrect assembly, checking, weathering, defects due to the application of treatments and normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to supply an alternative product if a particular product is not available and that product has to be replaced.
